Discount Tire

I have been to this store 3 times in the last month, twice with one car. Every time it’s a hard sale on tires and slow service. I had my tires rotated the first time and was told tires were good on tread “in the yellow” pick up a nail 2-3 weeks later, maybe 100 miles and all of a sudden I’m in the “red” and the “metal will be showing shortly” and the “tire is failing”. They do a great job getting you in the door, the information is clearly mixed and heavy on selling a tire over what I’m used to with discount tires…. Service, experience and truthful insight. I came to discount several years back because they were a caring tire dealer, earning business by being transparent, honest and insightful. This location walked me out as a customer, right out the door, big o tires, here I come. I’d rather pay more than be told things are ok then100 miles later they are all of a sudden dire….

These people at discount tire on hwy 50 are super amazing. I had a tire that was not repairable and Todd said I have a guardian angel looking out for me. That guardian angel put 2 new tires on my car so that I didn't have to drive on the spare It has been a wild crazy 8 months for me. You dont know how much this has helped me. I am so greatful. Words can never express for their kindness. They went way out of their way.Thank you Jesus for the kind people at Discount tire! You are amazing.! Keep up the good work. God has a special place for you

Horrible customer service, five salesman standing around avoiding doing any work while I am standing there waiting. Tire techs are incompetent, placed the balancing weight on the outside of the rim on one of my tires ( suppose to be on the inside ). Price match or they will rip you off with their high asking price for the tires

Amazing service! We noticed a small bulge forming on my front right tire yesterday, so we looked online for some tires and called the next morning. We spoke with Dylan, who was able to get us a great deal on a set of tires and made the whole process very easy when we went into the store. Everyone who helped us was extremely nice, informative, and professional. The experience was smooth and stress-free. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

I got out of work and my tire was at 18 psi.... I looked up the nearest Discount Tires and got lucky! I pulled up, one of the managers named Michael took one look at my tire and said you "you got mail". They took me in immediately and Jesse found the screw in my tire. Absolutely above and beyond customer service I ever received at a car shop! My goodness!! I highly recommend this shop! Come here and get your new tires !!!
